Women’s Jiu Jitsu
Our Women’s classes at Fat Snake Jiu Jitsu are built for women who want to learn real self-defense, get a great workout, and feel more confident on and off the mats. Whether you’re completely new to Jiu-Jitsu or have trained before, our classes are welcoming, beginner-friendly, and designed to help you learn at your own pace in a supportive environment.
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (or BJJ) teaches practical techniques that help you control and defend against larger opponents using leverage, timing, and technique instead of strength. Along the way, you’ll improve your fitness, reduce stress, and develop confidence that carries into everyday life. Every class is hands-on, challenging, and fun.
